Dr. Shay Shani, D.C. Shay Shani was born and raised in Tiberias, Israel for 23 years before he came to the U.S. to study chiropractic. At the age of 18 he joined the Israeli Army serving in the Navy and Artillery Force where he earned the rank of lieutenant. After completing his service for the Army, Shay left his home country and his family to follow his dream of changing lives through the healing power of chiropractic. During his intense clinical training, Shay helped many patients with a variety of ailments, while supporting his education by working for the Israeli Consulate. His hard work paid-off when he was awarded highest honors (Summa Cum Laude) and graduated as valedictorian of his class. Shay and his wife, Jesslyn are proud parents to their one-year old daughter, Aviv. When they are not enjoying the outdoors as a family near their home in Calabasas; you can find them beachside taking in the sun and having fun in the ocean.
